is an Israeli Painter currently studying four dimensionality in painting. Past interests include the combination of patterning and representational painting and figurative large scale compositions. Educated at Bezalel academy of art, by Russian Israeli painter Aharon April, and at Tel Aviv University Department of Art History (PhD.). Currently teaching at the Art Education department, Talpiot College of Education, Holon.

"Brazen Sight" is an artwork by Matti Fischer, exhibited at the Jerusalem Biennale, old Sha'arei Tzedek compound. It is a long chain twisted to the form of a double helix, made from copper, hung from the ceiling and rotating, height 180 cm, circumference 120 cm. It references the Brazen Serpent that was created by Moses in the desert and continued to be worshiped till the days of king Hezekiah.
