​The painting uses a low viewpoint and curvilinear perspective so that a large part of the sky is shown. The pigments used were inspired by the sand and dust of the city while above may be seen dresses overhanging as they do in the Bedouin market in the city. 

​הציור מציג נקודת מבט נמוכה כך שחלק גדול מהשמים נראים. הפיגמנטים שמפוזרים בעבודה הם בהשראת החול והאבק של באר שבע. מעל נראים שמלות תלויות. כשגרתי בבאר שבע הלכתי לשוק ושם ראיתי נשים בדואיות המוכרות שמלות. קניתי שלוש שמלות ועשיתי רישום שלהם מזוית חדה.‏
